Our Approach

We’ve developed a 6-step approach to guide you in achieving certification:

Establish a Baseline

Conduct a swift impact assessment to understand your current practices.

Engage Your Team

Organize a meeting with key internal stakeholders to clarify objectives, benefits, and the assessment process. Gain their commitment to the project.

Create a Plan

Set target scores, develop a comprehensive action plan for the short, medium, and long term, and prioritize initiatives.

Implementation

Gather data, formalize policies and procedures, utilizing available templates and resources on the B Corp website.

Apply for Certification

Recalculate the score, submit the assessment, schedule an assessment review call with the B-Lab team, and provide necessary evidence. Certification is granted if you score above 80 points.

Celebration and Next Steps

Communicate the achievement, focus on continuous improvement, define future priorities, and actively engage in the B Corp network.
